What the $300 covers
Starting your own line does not require a full collection. The $300 starting point is how most brands we work with begin: it makes one real, wearable development piece for your brand, so you can judge fabric, fit and finish before you spend on stock.
That $300 covers basic pattern making, your logo applied to the piece, and shipping to you. It is one development piece, not a batch of garments, and it is not a stock order. Bulk production is quoted separately for each project, because fabric volume, trims, and complex logo techniques change the cost structure.
Why it starts at one piece
One piece is enough to tell you whether the quality is right for the price you plan to charge. You can wear it, photograph it, show it to your first customers, and change your mind about colour or trim before you commit to inventory.
Founders who test first usually avoid the most expensive mistake in this business: ordering stock for a product nobody has held yet.
How long sampling takes
Making your first piece is planned at 7–15 days. This is a production planning estimate: the clock covers our pattern making, sewing, logo work, and check. Your approval and feedback time, and shipping transit to your country, are counted separately.
Paying for your first piece, and the bulk credit
The $300 is paid in full before work starts. When you proceed with bulk production, that $300 is credited against the bulk order. It is not a cash refund — the credit is applied to the bulk quotation.

Is the $300 a fee I lose if I do not order bulk?
It is not a deposit and not a refundable cash payment: it pays for the work and the piece you receive. If you continue into bulk production, the same $300 is credited against that order.
What exactly do I receive for $300?
One development piece made to your brief, with basic pattern making, your logo applied, and shipping included — plus photos before dispatch so you can review it early.
How long does my first piece take?
It is planned at 7–15 days of production work. Shipping transit to the United States, Australia, or Canada is counted separately.
What is not included?
Bulk garments are quoted separately per project, and the $300 is not a stock order. Advanced logo techniques, special fabrics or trims, and additional revision rounds may also be quoted separately.
