Quotation & your first product
We issue a written quotation: bulk pricing with project MOQ, and the plan for your first development piece. Making that first product is $300 per style from one piece, covering basic pattern making, your logo applied, and shipping. When you proceed with bulk production, the $300 is credited toward that order; it is not a cash refund.

Your first product (7–15 days)
The $300 is paid in full before work starts. Our design team makes the pattern, sews your development piece, applies your logo, and inspects it. You receive photos before dispatch, then the physical piece to judge fit, fabric, and logo yourself. Revision rounds are agreed before re-making.

Bulk confirmation & scheduling
Once your first piece is approved, you confirm the purchase order. Bulk orders run on 30% deposit and 70% balance before shipment. The deposit schedules your production slot — in busy periods there can be queue time before production starts, which is separate from the production estimate.

Production & approvals (20–30 days)
Production follows the documented checkpoints: fabric approval before cutting, logo checking during production, and garment QC. The 20–30 days is a planning estimate for production work — your approval response times and any changes during production are counted separately. Stage evidence is published on our production process page.

Final inspection, balance & shipping
Final product review happens before packing. You settle the 70% balance, and shipping is arranged to your market, quoted separately from production. As a planning guide: air freight takes about 7–10 days and sea freight about 20–30 days to the United States, Australia, or Canada, counted from the day the goods leave the factory, with customs clearance additional. We confirm the shipping option and schedule before the goods leave.
