Making your first product, ordering selected ready-stock styles and full custom production are different routes. These answers explain what each one includes and what we confirm in the quotation.

What does the $300 starting point actually cover?
It covers one development piece made for your brand: basic pattern making, your logo applied, and shipping of that piece to you. It is the first product of your collection — not a stock order and not a batch of garments. Bulk production is quoted separately, and the 20-piece route is a different program for selected in-stock styles.
I am just starting out. Is $300 enough to begin?
It is the smallest commitment that lets you hold a real product in your hands — your fabric direction, your fit, your logo — before you spend on stock. Many brands use that first piece to check quality, take photos and test interest before placing a bulk order.

How does the 20-piece minimum work?
It is a total mixed order of 20 pieces across selected current in-stock styles — the ready-stock program, at wholesale prices. It is not 20 pieces per style, color or size. Full custom production (your own fabric, pattern or tech pack) is a separate route and runs from 200 pieces per style.
How long do development and production take?
Plan for 7–15 days for your development piece and 20–30 days for bulk production after the required approvals. We confirm the applicable schedule in your quotation. Revisions, fabric development and transit can add time; production time is not delivery-to-door time.
Payment

Can the $300 be credited toward my bulk order?
Yes. When you move into bulk production, the fee is credited against that order. The qualifying order and credit amount are confirmed in your quotation before you proceed; this is not an automatic cash refund.
How long is shipping, and who arranges it?
Shipping is arranged and quoted separately from production, counted from the day goods leave the factory. Plan on about 7–10 days by air freight or 20–30 days by sea freight to the United States, Australia, or Canada; customs clearance at destination is additional. Tell us your market and deadline and we will present the options with costs at quotation.
What are the payment terms?
The development piece is paid in full before work starts. Bulk production uses a 30% deposit and 70% balance before shipment. Ready-stock orders are paid in full. Your quotation confirms the terms and scope for your order.
