Supply chain

Your activewear supply chain, managed as one.

Gosmano is a yoga and activewear manufacturer with its own production base in Jiangmen, Guangdong — and a network of 10 partner factories around it. Together they hold about 3 million pieces in ready stock and offer a combined capacity of around 1 million pieces a month, so ready-stock testing, custom development and OEM production all run through one team, one specification and one quality standard.

01

What breaks when a brand grows

Selling is not the hard part any more. Keeping stock is.

Colours drift from the approved sample. Fits shift slightly on a reorder. In peak season, the capacity you were promised goes to a bigger customer. Most brands end up managing three or four suppliers — each with its own standard, and each pointing at the others when something goes wrong.

That is the problem we are built around: not one more factory, but a supply chain that is managed as one.

Sewing lines

02

One partner, ten factories, one quality standard

Our own base in Jiangmen produces about 300,000 pieces a month. Around it we work with 10 partner factories, integrated by category: knits in one, seamless in another, outerwear and heavier fabrics elsewhere.

You buy from one team. One specification, one quality standard, one person who answers for the final result — and one invoice. When a category grows, we add capacity inside the network instead of asking you to find a new supplier.

The partner factories we place work in are BSCI-audited. Fabric certifications — OEKO-TEX, GRS and others — are held by the mills and published with the mill named on them, not claimed as our own.

03

What we hold in stock, and what we make

About 3 million pieces sit in ready stock across the network. That is what makes a low MOQ order possible: you take a total of 20 pieces across selected styles, test them on real customers, and skip the production wait.

When a style proves itself, we move it into production — custom or OEM, from 200 pieces per style, to your tech pack or ours, with your logo, labels and packaging. Ready stock and production run on the same specification, so the reorder matches the piece you approved.

05

The risks we tell you before you order

We would rather say this now than explain it later. Three things decide whether a reorder comes back the way you approved it:

Which fabrics are prone to shade variation between dye lots. Which styles need capacity locked well before peak season. Which constructions behave differently once a batch scales up.

Every supplier knows these things. We put them on the table before you commit money, and we plan the order around them.

Fabric inspection machine

06

When something goes wrong

Something will eventually go wrong — no supply chain avoids that. What matters is what happens next: we step up first, fix the batch, then trace it back so it does not repeat.

Your goods are checked at seven stages, from fabric inspection on the roll to packing before the container closes. Any third-party inspection agency you appoint is welcome — a supply chain that can be checked is worth more than one that cannot.

Checks you can watch

Inspection happens on camera, not in a report.

Supply chain questions

The three things buyers ask first.

Short answers, stated the same way everywhere on this site.

How many factories do you work with?
Ten partner factories, plus our own production base in Jiangmen, Guangdong. The partner factories are integrated by category, so you order from one team against one quality standard instead of managing several suppliers.
What is your monthly capacity?
Our own base produces about 300,000 pieces a month. With the partner factories, the combined capacity is around 1 million pieces a month. Peak-season capacity is reserved for brands with a confirmed forecast.
Can I mix ready stock with custom production?
Yes, and most brands start that way. Test a style from ready stock in a 20-piece mixed order, reorder what sells, then move that style into custom or OEM production from 200 pieces per style with your logo, labels and packaging.
