Paying for your first product
The $300 per style is paid in full before work starts. It covers basic pattern making, your logo applied, and shipping of that development piece to you.
Bulk payment: 30/70
Bulk orders use a 30% deposit and 70% balance before shipment. The deposit schedules your production slot; the balance is settled after production and inspection, before the goods leave the factory.
Shipping
Shipping of your first piece is covered by the $300. Bulk shipping is quoted separately based on destination, volume, and method. As a planning guide, air freight takes about 7–10 days and sea freight about 20–30 days to the United States, Australia, or Canada, counted from the day goods leave the factory; customs clearance at destination is additional. We will present the options and costs clearly at the quotation stage.
The $300 credit
The $300 is credited against the bulk order when you proceed with bulk production. It is not a cash refund — the credit conditions are written into the bulk quotation so both sides know them before committing.
