Bulk production is planned at 20–30 days. This estimate covers the production work itself: fabric preparation, cutting, sewing, logo application, and inspection. It starts once your first piece is approved, the deposit is received, and a production slot is scheduled. Shipping comes after that: plan on about 7–10 days by air freight or 20–30 days by sea freight to the United States, Australia, or Canada.

What is counted separately

Three things sit outside the production estimate and should be added to your launch plan:

• Approval time — how long fit, fabric, and logo approvals take on your side, including any revision rounds before bulk
• Production scheduling — queue time before your order enters a production slot in busy periods
• Shipping transit — plan 7–10 days by air freight or 20–30 days by sea freight to the United States, Australia, or Canada, quoted separately and counted from the day goods leave the factory

What can extend the timeline

Special fabrics that need to be dyed or sourced, complex logo techniques such as embroidery on technical fabric, extra approval rounds, and changes after production starts can all extend the schedule. Confirming your first piece and artwork early is the single most effective way to protect your delivery date.

Work backwards from your launch date: shipping transit, then 20–30 days of production, then your approval cycles, then 7–15 days if your first piece still needs to be made.
