Illustrative walkthrough

Startup brand starting a private label activewear line

The buyer has reference images or a tech pack, wants their own logo and sizing, and needs to check quality before committing to bulk.

This describes how a project of this type runs through our process. It is not a client testimonial, and no outcome is promised.

Typical buyer

Early-stage brand in the US, Australia, or Canada with a design idea but no factory yet.

What the buyer starts with

The buyer has reference images or a tech pack, wants their own logo and sizing, and needs to check quality before committing to bulk.

Agreed terms

$300 per sample style (basic pattern, logo and sample shipping) · 20-piece mixed minimum for selected in-stock styles at wholesale prices · bulk production 20–30 days after approvals · 30% deposit / 70% before shipment. Shipping quoted separately.

How it runs, step by step

01Share the design idea, target market, and quantity range — we confirm feasibility and outline fabric and logo options.

02Have your first development piece made ($300 per style, from one piece, with basic pattern making, your logo applied, and shipping included).

03Review your piece for fit, fabric, and logo; request adjustments if needed and approve.

04Receive a bulk quotation with project MOQ, the 20–30 day production planning estimate, and the $300 credit agreed at quotation.

05Proceed on 30/70 terms: 30% deposit schedules production, 70% balance is settled before shipment; shipping is quoted separately.

What the buyer receives

  • A physical product made from their own design before any bulk commitment
  • A written bulk quotation with MOQ, lead-time estimate, and payment terms
  • Production under their label with checkpoints at fabric approval and inspection
